Hugh's family is listed on the page just below his father's family on the 1850 census. You don't see Jesse P listed on that page because his family's listing with his name started on the previous census page. You can find that page on an earlier posting. Notice the different spelling of the Caudill last name over the years. I've not discovered what Hugh's middle initial "B" stands for if anything.
